Pedigree Details

Sire: Johnson  (Jazz  - Flemmingh - Sultan)

Johnson is a son of the Keur stallion Jazz.  Jazz himself performed at Grand Prix Level with his rider Tineke Bartels.  Grandsire, Olympic Cocktail also performed at the highest possible level and achieved numerous victories and high placings in Grand Prix and Kur to Music.  Grandsire, Flemmingh, is famous for producing the Grand Prix Dressage horses, Krack C with Anky van Grunsven and Lingh with Edward Gal.  Great Grandshire Sultan is not only the sire of the Oldenburger Approved Stallion Sion, but also the world famous jumper It's Otto from Geoff Billington.  Johnson descends from the famous 'Reina' line; the renowned mare line from breeder Wim van Arkel.

Famous horses from this motherline are: Darkdream, Sultan, Kallisto, Mendel, Charmeur and Waldo.  Johnson is a rising star.  His very imteresting dressage pedigree combined with a perfect dressage model will make him a super horse for all the dressage experts.  Johnson has three excellent gaits. Fundamental for this stallion are his easy-going character and willingness to work under saddle.  This beautiful stallion is already Oldenburg approved and will be 'accepted' for the KWPN.  Johnson was the overall Champion of the KWPN Stallion Show in 2005 and he did very well in both the performance test at Oldenburg and at Ermelo.

From Johnson's first breeding year three offspring were selected to particupate in the Finals of the World Championship Dressage at Verden.  Amongst them were Bretton Woods and Boston.  Johnson has three Approved sons witht he KWPN: Breezer, Bretton Woods and Jacksparrow.

Johnson himself is very successful in International Dressage competitions with Hans Peter Minderhound including winning the team bronze medal at the World Equestrian Games in Caen in 2014.

DamSire: 00 Seven (Rubenstein 1 - Doruto - Amor)

OO7 was the highest ranked dressage horse ever at the stallion approvals in Holland: Walk 8, Trot 9, Canter 9, General Dressage Score 9. In 2005 his Dressage index was an impressive 204 - at that point the highest index ever in the KWPN studbook. His sire is the well-known dressage stallion Rubinstein I, who has performed at Grand Prix level. Rubinstein I has sired almost 70 approved breeding stallions. OO7 was selected for the performance test at the 1999 KWPN stallion show in Den Bosch. He was described as a "Genetic dressage ace with an appealing type and light-footed movement with much impulsion, self carriage and balance. Unique combination of bloodlines thanks to first rate sires such as Rubinstein I and Doruto, the world's best producer of dressage horses".

2nd DamSire: Samber (Pericles xx - Ordonnans - Romeo)

Samber is the only coloured stallion ever to be approved by the KWPN, where he gained high scores (including a '10' for character) in his performance test. He is the sire of over 20 Approved stallions, and over a further 20 Approved grandsons. Samber competed Grand Prix level in dressage and at Z level showjumping (equivalent to SJAI Grade A).
